Art As Told By... Iris Zaki

‘Art, as told by’; a fortnightly podcast hosted by Nuala Davies. In this series we open our platform to artists, giving them the freedom to share their perspective of art as a concept, how it has helped to mould them into the person they are today, and how society around them is changed as a result. This week’s guest is documentary film maker... Iris Zaki Iris is currently based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where she returned after spending 8 years working and studying in London. Iris studied in documentary film making, creating her unique 'abandoned camera technique'; which she has incorporated into her three films; My Kosher Shifts, Women in Sink and Unsettling. We recently caught up with Iris while she was promoting her new film, 'Unsettling', at the BFI London Film Festival.
